Role Definition
Position Overview:
Coordinate and monitor the activities of the contractor responsible for the transport and installation of jackets and topsides, along with 2 modules. Interface with the main contractor and also directly with the final client and all involved parties (logistics, project, etc.). The role requires overseeing the work of various contractors involved in load-out, transport, launch, lifting projects, etc., while ensuring their coordination and that all activities align with the established timelines. The manager will need to visit the construction sites and field locations to verify the correct execution of the work.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Extensive experience in marine installation and operations management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
In-depth knowledge of marine industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
