Automation Platform Management:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain security automation solutions.
• Optimize and update existing automation workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate security automation into various systems and processes.
• Monitor the performance of automation tools and troubleshoot any issues.

Alert Triage and Ticket Management:

• Monitor security alerts and events from various sources (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, etc.).
• Conduct initial assessment and triage of security alerts to determine their severity and potential impact.
• Create, update, and manage incident tickets in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Escalate incidents to appropriate teams or personnel as needed.

• Experience with scripting languages: Python and PowerShell
• Experience with automation tools/platforms
