Underwriter Financial Lines, located in Norway
Zurich is one of the most specialized insurance companies within non-life insurance for local and international business in the Nordic market. We are now looking for an outgoing and positive person to join our Underwriting team as an Underwriter with focus on Management Liability and Cyber. The level of seniority of the position will be determined upon the selected applicant’s experience and skillset. We want to find the right person
The ideal candidate will work in our Oslo office with focus on local markets but being part of our Nordic Underwriting team. As an underwriter, you will build and be responsible for your own portfolio of contracts and customers with assignments such as risk selection, premium setting, quoting, negotiating, measuring exposure, and analyzing risk.
You will build relationships to support customer acquisition and retention. Further, you will be part of diversifying our portfolio and enhancing our customer offering by proactively contribute with ideas on product development and finding new business opportunities. As a person, you are a team player and an analytical thinker. You have a strong business and customer focus and interest in customer relationships and negotiation. You are fast moving and flexible. You like working independently but with good abilities to co-operate with both customers and colleagues.
